For many years now, Nestlé has been partnering with reputable educational institutions, offering practical and theoretical training to selected students, in order to help them acquire more relevant and practical industrial skills. This is done through the following:
Student Trainee Program - A Walk-in Training Program that combines office work and hands-on training. Nestlé believes that one way of appreciating the relevance and application of principles and theories taught in schools is for students to actually experience what it is like to work in a business/industrial environment.
Academic Linkage Program - A program where Nestlé provides shop floor and on-site training to selected students from educational institutions. At present, the company has established linkages with Dualtech, Meralco Foundation Institute, Don Bosco College in Canlubang, Laguna, Pablo Borbon - Bulacan, Xavier University in Cagayan De Oro and De La Salle University.
