Winners must present 2 valid IDs in claiming their prizes.

Valid IDs consist of SSS ID, Company or School ID, Credit Card with Picture, Driver's License, Passport and Senior Citizen's ID. If necessary, Nestle can also ask for other documents such as Certified True Copy of Birth and affidavits. Winners below 18 years of age have to be represented by their parents or guardians. Parents and guardians must show proof of their relation to the winner such as birth certificates and orders of appointment from the court, along with the 2 valid IDs they have to show as stated above. In addition, a Parental/Legal Guardian Consent Form must be submitted upon claiming of the prizes.

Claiming of prizes will be done in the following manner:
• Winners from Metro Manila - pick-up prizes from Nestle Center (Rockwell)
• Winners from outside Metro Manila - pick up prizes from the nearest Nestle Sales Office

Prizes that are not claimed within 60 days of being notified by Nestle Philippines will be forfeited with prior approval from BFAD. For questions, you can contact the following:
