Fudgey Ice Candy

Preparation time:  25 minutes plus 4 hours freezing time
Servings: Makes 15-20 pieces

Ingredients:

4 cups water
¾ cup sugar
1 40g bar NESTLÉ Dark Chocolate
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
3 tbsp all purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
1 ¼ cup NESVITA Pro-weight Management

Procedure:

  1. Boil water. Add sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Add chocolate and cocoa.  Mix very well to dissolve chocolates.
  2. When mixture is smooth and lump free, add all purpose flour. Stir in salt and NESVITA. Mix vigorously to completely dissolve all ingredients.
  3. Transfer on a different container and allow to cool.
  4. Pour into plastic used for ice candy or into molds.  Freeze for 4 hours or until frozen and set.
