Wellness in the Workplace

FREE Wellness Workshop for HR heads and company owners to teach them how to set up a Wellness Program in their respective organizations to reduce healthcare cost and increase productivity.

The workshop has two components: Personal Wellness and Group Wellness. The first is a quick course on how to take care of one's self to be able to take care of others.
